Allsheng fluorescence quantification kit is suitable for accurate quantitative analysis of double-stranded DNA at different concentrations. Its sensitivity and accuracy are significantly higher than those of traditional UV absorbance detection. The fluorescent dye in the fluorescence quantitative kit can specifically bind to double-stranded DNA, with high fluorescence quantum yield and large molar extinction coefficient. After the double-stranded DNA is connected, the fluorescence value is increased by at least 1000 times, and it has better sensitivity and specificity. It can be applied to the detection of exogenous DNA residues in recombinant products, the detection of drug residue DNA, and the detection of cfDNA content.
