The commonly used method in the study of eukaryotic gene expression regulation is the detection of reporter genes, and bioluminescence is the most commonly used and effective method for the detection of reporter genes. Luciferase catalyzes the conversion of the substrate luciferin and emits photons. This product provides a fast, sensitive and stable detection method for the expression of firefly luciferase reporter gene in mammalian cells. Capable of detecting as little as 10-20 mol of luciferase with good linearity over the enzyme concentration range of 10-14 to 10-20 mol. Luciferase Assay Reagent uses an optimized enzymatic reaction system to generate fluorescence with a half-life of more than 15 minutes. The reagent is easy to prepare and easy to operate, and is suitable for high-throughput firefly luciferase activity detection.
