Emos-Gene series real-time PCR system adopts a special design of 3-block* 32-well, which can run three different detection items simultaneously or only detect one item, achieving tidal throughput and on-demand distribution. Emos-Gene 400(A) adopts 4-channel design, and Emos-Gene 600(A) adopts 6-channel design.

Advanced Temperature Control System

Independent blocks with independent temperature control, high-quality block materials combined with high-precision block temperature control system, ensure thermal conductivity effect to achieve excellent temperature uniformity.

The height of the thermo lid is adaptively determined, and the required pressing force can be automatically determined based on the height of the tubes, improving sealing to prevent reagent evaporation.


Fast and Reliable Photoelectric Detection System

Top imaging technology, full well optical path detection, fast detection, 3-block and 6-channel detection need only 5 seconds.

Long-life LED light source is equipped with a CMOS imaging system and a set of finely adjusted independent filter wheels, which can freely combine channels to cope with multiple detection experiments.

Using optical fiber conduction to improve the fluorescence signal strength, reduce the optical conduction loss, and eliminate the edge effect in the optical path.
