NGS Library Preparation
Auto-NGS 100R NGS library preparation workstation is designed with 9 plate positions and 2 waste plate positions to construct 24 sample libraries in one run. The instrument is equipped with built-in blocks such as magnet and PCR. Based on nucleic acid sample direct loading, it can achieve the processes of fragmentation, end repair, adapter connection, PCR amplification, library mixing, etc., realizing the automation of the library preparation process.

Sample Concentration Detection
Accurate quantification of sample concentration is often required before and after library preparation. Due to the limitations of detection principles and detection limits, micro-spectrophotometers often can't meet the detection needs of such samples. Combined with corresponding detection dyes, the fluorometers can specifically measure the concentration of the detection substance. The lowest detection concentration of Fluo-200 is 0.1 pg/μL (dsDNA), and the lowest detection concentration of Fluo-800 is 1 pg/μL (dsDNA). In addition to fluorometers, fluorescence microplate reader can also be used for detecting low concentration samples, but the maximum sample size can reach 96, making it ideal for customers with large sample sizes and reducing operation time.
