Nucleic Acid Extraction

When the sample is feces, it often needs to undergo processes such as centrifugation, supernatant extraction, and external lysis. The overall reaction system of the subsequent sample is less than 3 mL, and Auto-Pure 32A / 48 / 96 nucleic acid purification system can meet the application requirements. Users can choose the appropriate models for extraction based on their actual needs such as reaction system and maximum sample size. When the sample is plasma, a large volume of sample is often required for extraction due to the low concentration of cfDNA in plasma. The maximum reaction systems of Auto-Pure 20B / 24D nucleic acid purification system are 5 mL and 10 mL, respectively, and the minimum elution volume is 50 μL. While increasing the sample volume, it ensures sufficient elution of small volumes to meet the extraction of cfDNA in plasma samples. The maximum sample throughput for 20B and 24D is 20 and 24, respectively. Due to the special consumable design, both instruments can flexibly match cartridges based on the actual sample numbers.

Nucleic Acid Quality Control

When the sample source is feces, due to the relatively high concentration of nucleic acid in feces, Nano series micro-spectrophotometer can be used to detect the sample concentration after extraction, quickly evaluate the early sample extraction effect, and provide data for subsequent normalization. When the sample source for early screening is plasma, or when using plasma for colorectal cancer companion diagnostics, due to the low nucleic acid concentration, and the accuracy of the concentration results is low when the concentration detected by the micro-spectrophotometer is less than 10 ng/μL, Fluo series fluorometer can be selected as a concentration determination tool.
