Au-Mate 96 A4 liquid handling workstation can handle precise pipetting operations and complex experimental procedures. Through the external tablet computer, users can easily set up, save and operate the experimental process. Through the software control, the difference between aspirating and dispensing is truly eliminated, which improves the repeatability and efficiency of pipetting. As for the functions, Au-Mate 96 A4 can control the process of loading and unloading pipetting heads, aspirating, dispensing liquids, mix, gradient dilution, wait and cycle, so as to complete complex multi-step experiments. A large amount of repetitive work can be completed in a short time, thereby reducing most of the manual pipetting burden, and significantly improving the sample processing speed and repeatability. Au-Mate 96 A4 supports 20 μL and 200 μL pipetting heads. For experiments requiring sterilization, the instrument can also be placed inside a biosafety cabinet for operation.
