Auto-Pure 2400M
Auto-Pure 2400M is a high-throughput automatic nucleic acid extraction equipment. Compared to Auto-Pure 2400, besides its basic functions, it automates the methylation conversion process.
It's based on the magnetic bead method to extract nucleic acid. The steps of pipetting, lysis, washing, elution and PCR set-up can be automatically completed in the workstation, one-stop operation without manual intervention. It can extract 24×10 mL sample system at the same time. The automated operation steps avoid human error, and the experimental results are more reliable and repeatable.
In addition, the full-coverage UV sterilization system and negative pressure filter system effectively prevent cross-contamination.

03 Methylation Conversion Special Functional ModulesModule temperature control range 4 °C~105 °C.In order to meet the methylation requirements, 2400M adds a temperature control module to realize multistage temperature change.Thermo lid design can prevent water vapor from the reaction solution from condensing on the tube cap, maintaining the volume stability of the reaction system, ensuring the accuracy of experimental results.
