Utilizing a combination of xenon lamps, filters, and high-sensitivity photomultiplier tube (PMT), this system significantly enhances detection sensitivity. The automated filter wheel design supports up to 8 excitation and emission filter combinations, offering 64 customizable configurations without manual module replacement.
