Auto-NGS 200

Auto-NGS 200 is a automated NGS library preparation workstation that meets the needs of library preparation, quantitation, multi-targeting and hybrid capture only one time. The instrument has a built-in 24-well fluorometer and PCR amplification block, which really realizes the convenient operation of sample-to-library, without manual intervention in the whole process.
The 27 plate positions, together with the gripper and plate stacking function, can realize the relatively simple library preparation of 96 samples, as well as the simplified type of fully automated library preparation and hybrid capture of 48 samples.

24-Channel Pipettor

Pipetting range 1~200 μL, can be used as 24 channels, 16 channels, 8 channels, single channel or any channel, meeting the needs for reagent dispensing and simultaneous pipetting of multiple samples within the same process.
Suitable for both 50 μL and 200 μL pipette tips, with a CV≤6% for 1 μL pipetting, meeting the needs of high-precision NGS experimental workflows.

Gripper

Standard Mechanical Gripper

Fluorometer

The built-in fluorometer quantitative method is sensitive and highly accurate, making it a reliable dsDNA measurement method.

Thermo Shaker Incubator Block

A thermo shaker incubator applied to Allsheng automation workstation. The incubator can be used for heating, incubation and mixing of deepwell plates. The high-precision zero positioning function ensures the safe pipetting by the pipettor, with the anti-vibration technology and 2D motion control.

Temperature range: 30 °C~105 °C

Infectious diseases have always been a major disease threatening human health and life in the world today

At present, the global incidence rate of infectious diseases is rising, and the pathogens are diversified and complex. Early, rapid and accurate identification of pathogenic microorganisms is the prerequisite for effective prevention and treatment of infectious diseases.
Pathogen targeted high-throughput sequencing (tNGS), combined with high-multiplex PCR amplification and high-throughput sequencing technology, can simultaneously detect dozens to hundreds of known pathogenic microorganisms in samples, as well as detect the virulence and resistance genes of pathogenic microorganisms.
For the detection of low concentrations of pathogenic microorganisms, especially their virulence and drug resistance genes, tNGS has the advantage of higher sensitivity and lower cost of detection, compared with pathogenic metagenomic next generation sequencing (mNGS). It also takes into account the DNA and RNA processes, and has advantages in excluding host nucleic acid interference and detecting low concentrations of pathogenic microorganisms.
