Auto-Pure 20B
Auto-Pure 20B nucleic acid purification system extracts and purifies nucleic acids based on magnetic bead method. With a maximum processing volume of 5 mL and specially designed 9-strip cartridges, it can purify 1 to 20 samples simultaneously.
Compared to 20A, 20B has larger sample processing volume than 20A (3 mL). The sample wells are mixed in a left-right method, making them ideal for cfDNA extraction, nucleic acid library preparation, blood nucleic acid screening, and nucleic acid hypersensitivity detection.
